How do I cancel my recurring membership?

Please visit the authorized sales agent to cancel your membership. To find the correct sales agent, please check your e-mail where you got a recipt for the purchase. You can also check your Credit Card statement or bank account statment the same information.

Do I need to cancel my Non-Recurring membership?

You do not have to cancel your Non-Recurring membership as it will automatically expire after 30 days. The Non-Recurring option is for Phone Bill charge and EU Debit Cards.

 

 

I can not access the sites with my user/password?

Please make sure that you are using the correct user/password that you chose when you signed up. They user/passwords are CaSe SenSitive so if you have used any capital letters you will need to type it in exactly the same way as you did when signing up.

Is you membership still valid? If you have already cancelled your membership it might have expired if it is more then 30 days since the last billing took place. If you charged the purchase to your phone bill it is not a recurring membership. Also by using EU Debit Card there are no recurring billings so your membership will automatically expire after 30 days.

If you still have problems with accessing the website you signed up for, please contact us with as much information as possible regarding your membership. This would include the following information:

  • A brief description of your problem.
  • The authorized sales agent that processed your purchase.
  • Your username and password.
  • Did you sign with a Recurring Billing Membership or Non-Recurring Billing like charging it to your phone bill or EU Debit Card purchase?
  • The date that you placed the order.
  • Your full name or the name used when you placed the order.
  • The e-mail address you used when you placed the order.

 

 

 

What will my Credit Card or bank statement read when I order a Membership?

Depending on which sales agent or way of purchase the description on your Credit Card or bank statement may vary, but there will not be any referance to adult content or websites. It may say one of our authorized sales agents brand names or Kenoso Media Group.
